Article 1: Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, quotation, and agreement between Genetic Tools and a Client. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 2: Nature of the Service

Genetic Tools provides information and technology regarding ultra-sensitive PCR-based cancer detection. Unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement, the Site provides general information and does not constitute a binding medical or technical result for individual cases.

Article 3: Intellectual Property

Consistent with industry standards (FHI), all intellectual property rights (including patents, copyrights, and trademarks) related to our PAP-based technology, diagrams, and software remain the exclusive property of Genetic Tools Europe. No part of this website may be reproduced without written consent.

Article 4: Liability

Genetic Tools is not liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of information on the website.
Our liability is at all times limited to the amount paid out by our professional liability insurance for the relevant case.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or missed savings.

Article 5: Governing Law

All legal relationships to which Genetic Tools is a party are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Genetic Tools is located (Noord-Brabant).
